Returns and refunds

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, you can return it.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You may cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your item(s). To do so, email us at wexerasshop@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back.

Condition of returned items

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Please pack items carefully. We may reduce your refund if an item shows signs of wear beyond what is needed to check it.

Return shipping

We will email you the return address. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

We refund the full price of the returned item(s) and the standard delivery cost of your original order within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait until we have received the item(s) back, or you have shown proof of return. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Need a different size? Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
